March 1: The Shear Line is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, and Northern Mindanao. Meanwhile, the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Easterlies. Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will have mostly cloudy skies with rains due to the influence of the Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or isolated thunderstorms.
March 2-4: Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Caraga are expected to experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Shear Line. Meanwhile, Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms, influenced by the Easterlies or ITCZ. Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will experience mostly cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon. March 5-7: Quezon, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas are expected to experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Shear Line. Meanwhile, Palawan, the rest of the Visayas, and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms, influenced by the Easterlies or the ITCZ. Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will experience mostly cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or isolated thunderstorms.
