Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. 

Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon may experience Cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant impact.

The same weather system and impact may affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains

The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Localized thuinderstorms. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
