Northeast Monsoon affects Northern Luzon while Shear Line affecting the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon.
Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact may affect Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Quezon, and Aurora. These may experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains and scattered thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line.
The same impact may also affect Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Localized Thunderstorms. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The same impact and weather condition may affect the rest of Visayas and Mindanao caused by the ITCZ.
Gale warning is in effect in the Northern Seaboards of Northern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
