Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact may affect Quezon Province. These may experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains and scattered thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Gale warning is in effect in the Northern Seaboards of Northern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
