Mainland Cagayan, Apayao, Kalinga, Isabela, and Aurora may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact may affect Caraga, Southern Leyte, and Davao Oriental. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.
The same impact may also affect Batanes and Babuyan Islands. These may experience Cloudy Skies with Rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan.
The same weather system may affect Ilocos Norte. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains with no significant impact.

Gale warning is in effect in all seaboards of Northern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
