This outlook is published by PAGASA at 12nn of Friday, March 7th and valid until 12nn of Friday, March 14th.
March 8: The Shear Line is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Batanes, Cagayan, Apayao, Kalinga, Isabela, and Aurora. Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon will affect Central Luzon and the rest of Northern Luzon, bringing isolated light rain. The rest of the country will experience generally good and warm weather conditions, except for isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
March 9-14: The effects of the Shear Line will weaken, along with the Northeast Monsoon. By Sunday, Batanes and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon, while the rest of the country will have warm weather conditions aside from isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. For the remainder of the period, the entire country will experience warm weather conditions, except during thunderstorms.
No significant threat of tropical cyclone occurrence was noted throughout the forecast period.
