Northeast Monsoon affects the whole of Luzon, Shear Line affects Visayas and Easterlies affects Mindanao.
Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Dinagat Islands may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Davao Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Sarangani, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Palawan may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact may affect Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region. These may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan.
The same weather system may affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains with no significant impact.
The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
Gale warning is in effect in the Eastern Seaboard of Southern Luzon and Visayas. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
