March 22-23: The Shear Line and Northeast Monsoon will continue to affect Luzon and Visayas, respectively. Expect
cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms in Visayas, Sorsogon, Albay, and Catanduanes. Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of the Bicol Region will experience cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, easterlies will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms to Caraga and Davao Region. The rest of the country will have fair weather, with the possibility of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
March 24-25: The Shear Line will shift northward, affecting areas from Visayas to Quezon. As a result, cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected in Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Quezon. Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon, while Caraga and Davao Region will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms due to easterlies. The rest of the country will have fair weather, except for isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
March 26-28: The Shear Line is expected to dissipate. However, easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Sorsogon, and Albay. The rest of the country will experience warm weather conditions, with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
No significant threat of tropical cyclone occurrence was noted throughout the forecast period, thus the country may expect cyclone-free until the end of the month.
