Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same weather system may affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains with no significant impact.
