Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora., and Quezon may experience Cloudy Skies with Rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
The same weather system may experience Metro Manila, Rizal, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains with no significant impact.
The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
Gale warning is in effect in the seaboards of Northern Luzon, the Eastern seaboards of Central Luzon, Eastern and Southern Seabords of Southern Luzon and the Eastern Seaboards of Visayas. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
