Shear Line affects Visayas and the Eastern section of Southern Luzon while Northeast Monsoon affects the rest of Luzon.
Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Laguna, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, and Capiz may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy with at times intense rains.
Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact may be felt in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora. These may experience Cloudy Skies with Rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, and Eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon as well as the Eastern seaboards of Central and Southern Luzon, and Visayas.
