Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Dinagat Islands may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
The Rest of Mindanao may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact may be felt in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora. These may experience Cloudy Skies with Rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan.
Palawan and the rest of Visayas may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, Eastern, and Western seaboards of Northern Luzon as well as the Eastern seaboards of Central and Southern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
