Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains
The same impact may be felt in Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands, and Davao Oriental. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
The same weather condition may affect rest of the country caused by Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
