The same impact may be felt in Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.
Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon may experience Cloudy Skies with Light Rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant imapct.
