This is VMPCRadio Weather, the daily weather forecast issued by PAGASA at 4am Today (January 11!, Valid until 4am of Sunday, January 12.

Still, Northeast Monsoon affects Northern and Central Luzon while Shear Line affecting the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and the entire Visayas.

Visayas, Bicol Region, and MIMAROPA may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy with at times intense rains

Davao Region and SOCKSARGEN may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caued by the InterTropical Convergence Zone or the ITCZ. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains

The same impact may be felt in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon. These may experience Cloudy Skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. 

Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

The rest of Mindanao may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, Eastern, and Western Seaboards of Northern Luzon, The Eastern Seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.

Temperature range in Metro Manila is between 23-29 degrees celsius.
