Shear Line affects Southern Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas while Northeast Monsoon affects the rest of Luzon

Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA,and Quezon may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains

Caraga and Davao Region may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caued by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains

The same impact may be felt in Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Rizal. These may experience Cloudy Skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. 

The rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Gale warning is in effect in the some seaboards of Luzon, and the Eastern Seaboards of Visayas. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
