Mindanao, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, and Southern Leyte may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. 

Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Central Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
