This outlook is published by PAGASA at 12nn of Friday, March 28th and valid until 12nn of Friday, April 4th.

March 29-30: the low pressure area (LPA) even if it dissipates, along with the easterlies may bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao. A northeasterly wind flow may bring mostly cloudy skies with rains over Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela. Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon will have fair weather, with the possibility of isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

March 31-April 1: due to the easterlies, the whole country will experience warm and humid weather, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the eastern section of the country.

April 2-4: a possible trough of a LPA outside PAR or ITCZ may bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Mindanao, while the rest of the country will experience warm and humid weather conditions with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

No significant threat of tropical cyclone occurrence was noted throughout the forecast period.
