March 15: the Easterlies will bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Caraga Region. The rest of the country will experience generally fair and warm weather, with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
March 16-18: the Northeast Monsoon is expected to bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains over Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela. While Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will experience generally fair and warm weather conditions, with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
March 19-21: the Shear Line will bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and Caraga Region. The Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will experience generally fair and warm weather, with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
No significant threat of tropical cyclone occurrence was noted throughout the forecast period.
