This outlook is published by PAGASA at 12nn of Friday, July 18th and valid until 12nn of Friday, July 25th.
JULY 19: Tropical Cyclone CRISING will continue to bring stormy weather across Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Ilocos Region. Nueva Ecija and Aurora, as well as the rest of Northern Luzon, will have rainy conditions and gusty winds. Meanwhile, occasional rains are expected in the western parts of Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. Elsewhere, skies will be cloudy, with scattered rains and thunderstorms possible.
JULY 20-24: By this time, CRISING will be out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). However, the Southwest Monsoon will continue to affect the country. This will bring occasional rains to the western sections of Luzon and Visayas. The rest of Luzon and Visayas can expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Mindanao will generally have fair weather, though isolated rains or thunderstorms may still occur.
JULY 25: Because of the combined effects of a possible Low Pressure Area (LPA) and the Southwest Monsoon, occasional rains are expected in the western part of Luzon. Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will also affect Negros Island Region, Western Visayas, and the rest of Luzon. The rest of the country will have generally fair weather, with the chance of isolated rains or thunderstorms.
This weather outlook will be updated should there be significant changes in the forecast scenario through the issuance of 24-Hour Public Weather Forecasts and Weather Advisories.
