Feb. 22: The Shear Line is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Quezon, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, the Visayas, Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula, Davao Region, and Northern Mindanao. Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will experience mostly cloudy skies with rains due to the influence of the Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with rainshowers or isolated thunderstorms.
Feb. 23-24: Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Caraga are expected to experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Shear Line. Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have mostly cloudy skies with rains, influenced by the Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or isolated thunderstorms.
Feb. 25-28: Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region are expected to experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Shear Line. Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Region will have mostly cloudy skies with isolated rains, influenced by the Northeast Monsoon. The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with rainshowers or isolated thunderstorms.
No significant threat of tropical cyclone occurrence was noted throughout the forecast period.
