Palawan may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the LPA. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact and weather condition may be felt in Mindanao, Western Visayas, and Negros Island Regio caused by the ITCZ as well as in Eastern Samar, Leyte, and Southern Leyte caused by the Easterlies.
