Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao Region, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the LPA. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
