The same impact may affect Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, Romblon, and Palawan. These may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Easterlies.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant impact.
