Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affects southern Mindanao while Northeast Monsoon affects Northern Luzon.

Davao Region, Zamboanga Peninsula,SOCCSKSARGEN, and BARMM may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. 

The same impact may affect Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, Romblon, and Palawan. These may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Easterlies.

Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley  These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
