Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Central Luzon regions may experience Cloudy Skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains

Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
