Shear Line affects the eastern sections of Southern Luzon while Northeast Monsoon affects Northern and Central Luzon.

Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, Capiz, and Northern Samar may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

The same impact may be felt in SOCCSKSARGEN, Davao Region, Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.

Cagayan Valley, and Aurora may experience Cloudy Skies with Light Rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant imapct.

The same weather system and impact may be felt in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

No gale warning has been issued in all seaboards of the country.
