The same impact may be felt in Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi. These may experience Cloudy Skies with Scattered Rains and Thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.
The same impact may also be felt in Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley. These may experience Cloudy Skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan.

Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, Eastern, and Western seaboards of Northern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
