The same impact may affect Caraga and Davao region. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.

The rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.

Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, Eastern, and Western Seaboards of Northern Luzon and Eastern Seaboards of Central Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
