The same impact may affect Caraga, Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte, and Davao Oriental. These may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.
Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, Weatern and Eastern seaboards of Northern Luzon and the Eastern seaboards of Central Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
