Northeast Monsoon affects the whole of Luzon.
Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora may experience Cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan with no significant impact.
The same weather system and impact may affect Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The rest of Mindanao may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Gale warning is in effect in the Northern, Eastern, and Western Seaboards of Northern Luzon. Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels are advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience and properly equipped vessels.
