Batanes and Babuyan Islands may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact and weather condition may affect Caraga, Davao Region, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, and Bukidnon caused by the ITCZ.
The same impact and weather condition may also be felt in Visayas, Bicol Region, and Romblon caused by the Easterlies.
