Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, Surigao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands may experience cloudy skies with light rains caused by the Northeasterly windflow with no significant impact.

The same impact and weather system may affect Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley. These may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
