Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affects southern Mindanao, Northeasterly Windflow affects the eastern section of Northern Luzon, and Easterlies affects the rest of the country.

Davao Oriental, Davao Occidental, Sarangani, South Cotabato, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

The same impact may affect Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Apayao, Isabela, and Aurora. These may experience cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeasterly windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
