SEPTEMBER 21-22: The weather disturbance or Low Pressure Area (LPA)
east of Northern Luzon will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms over Batanes and Babuyan Islands
while the "Habagat" will continue to bring occasional to frequent rains Ilocos Region, Zambales, and
Bataan. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and
thunderstorms. The rest of the archipelago will be partly cloudy to cloudy with possibilities of localized
rainshowers or thunderstorms.
SEPTEMBER 23: As the mentioned weather disturbance may move generally
northwestward and away from the country, its influence on the southwest monsoon may also weaken.
The Ilocos Region may experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms while the
rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly
in the afternoon or evening.
REST OF THE PERIOD (SEPTEMBER 24-27): The whole archipelago will have partly cloudy to cloudy
skies with chances of localized rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
