As of 3am, Severe Tropical Storm Bebinca was last spotted at 1,975 KM East of Central Luzon. It has Maximum Sustained Winds of 95 KM/H, Gustiness of up to 115 KM/H and moves Nortward at 20 KM/H.
Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate may experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to a trough of Severe Tropical Storm outside Philippine Area of Responsibility. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The same impact and weather condition may be felt in Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Romblon, and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao due to Southwest Monsoon.
Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to a trough of Severe Tropical Storm outside Philippine Area of Responsibility. Expect Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
