SEPTEMBER 28: Tropical Cyclone(TC) "JULIAN" will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Ilocos provinces, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Isabela, Cagayan, and Batanes. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies apart from afternoon or evening rainshowers or thunderstorms.
SEPTEMBER 29-OCTOBER 1: Cagaya, Apayao, Isabela and Batanes may experience rains with gusty winds while Ilocos region, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), the rest of Cagayan Valley, Zambales, and Bataan may have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms as TC "JULIAN" moves closer to the eastern section of Northern Luzon. Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with possibilities of localized rainshowers or thunderstorms.
OCTOBER 2-4: TC "JULIAN" may start to move northward and away from the country bringing cloudy with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Ilocos Norte, Batanes, Apayao, and Cagayan. Metro Manila and the rest of the country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
