SEPTEMBER 14-15: The Southwest Monsoon or "Habagat" will bring occasional to frequent rains over Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, and Northern Mindanao. Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, Isabela, and Cagayan will be mostly cloudy with scattered rains and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies apart from afternoon or evening rainshowers or thunderstorms.
SEPTEMBER 16-17: MIMAROPA, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, and Northern Mindanao may continue to have occasional rains due to the Southwest Monsoon. Meanwhile, mostly cloudy skies may be experienced over Bicol region, Quezon, Aurora, Isabela, and Cagayan due to the trough of a possible weather disturbance or Low Pressure Area (LPA) over east of Luzon. The rest of the archipelago will be partly cloudy to cloudy with possibilities of localized rainshowers or thunderstorms.
SEPTEMBER 18-19: The "Habagat" may continue to bring occasional rains over Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Occidental Mindoro, Northern Palawan, and Antique while cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Zamboanga Peninsula, Negros Island Region (NIR), the rest of Central Luzon, the rest of MIMAROPA, and the rest of Western Visayas. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
SEPTEMBER 20 (AM): As the mentioned weather disturbance may move generally northwestward and away from the country, its influence on the southwest monsoon may also weaken. The Ilocos region, Zambales, and Bataan may experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. The rest of the country may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of localized rainshowers or thunderstorms.
