OCTOBER 19: THE INTERTROPICAL COVERGENCE ZONE (ITCZ) WILL BRING MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH SCATTERED RAINS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER MINDANAO WHILE METRO MANILA AND THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WILL EXPERIENCE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH ISOLATED AFTERNOON OR EVENING RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS DUE TO EASTERLIES.
OCTOBER 20-21: THE LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) EMBEDDED WITHIN THE ITCZ OUTSIDE PHILIPPINE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (PAR) IS FORECAST TO ENTER THE PAR REGION. THE TROUGH OF THIS WEATHER DISTUBRANCE MAY BRING MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH SCATTERED RAINS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER QUEZON, MIMAROPA, BICOL REGION, VISAYAS, AND MINDANAO. MEANWHILE, THE EASTERLIES WILL CONTINUE TO BRING PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS MOSTLY IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING OVER METRO MANILA AND THE REST OF THE COUNTRY.
Development of this LPA into tropical depression on Sunday or Monday is not ruled out.
OCTOBER 22-25: AS THE WEATHER DISTURBANCE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE GENERALLY WESTWARD, CLOUDY SKIES WITH SCATTERED TO WIDESPREAD RAINS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE EXPERIENCED OVER CAGAYAN, ISABELA, AURORA, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, AND BICOL REGION. MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH SCATTERED RAINSHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE OVER PALAWAN, WESTERN VISAYAS, NEGROS ISLAND REGION, AND MOST OF MINDANAO. MEANWHILE, METRO MANILA AND THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS.
