OCTOBER 12-13: he Northeasterly wind flow or a possible shift to the shear line will bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Northern and Central Luzon. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated afternoon or evening rain showers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies.
OCTOBER 14-15: The Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and the Davao Region may experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies,with isolated afternoon or evening rain showers or thunderstorms.
OCTOBER 16-18: the entire archipelago may experience partly cloudyto cloudy skies, with chances of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, mostly over the eastern section.
